French onion soup

Today I have something different for you, it's a new feature of our blog: a recipe!

This is a really simple recipe for a great tasting soup. I’ve made French onion soup before using English recipes and they always seem to complicate things. After doing some research on French websites I was able to see how it should be made. This isn’t meant to be a complicated dish, its meant to be soup that tastes great, can be made by anyone and is inexpensive. My recipe for soup can be enjoyed as a lunch, light dinner or starter. Ingredients Oil 6 medium onions 3 cloves of garlic ½ litre of beef stock Mixed herbs Salt and pepper Bread (baguette ideally) Cheese (Gruyere ideally)

Dublin

Znalazlam kolejne zdjecia zakopane gleboko na dysku twartdym. Tym razem jest to kraina piwem plynaca, czyli Dublin. Bylam tam tylko na weekend i zdjec za duzo nie zrobilam, a te co mam byly robione telefonem i jakosc nie jest rewelacyjna. Mimo to mam nadzieje, ze choc troche oddadza klimat jaki tam panuje.

I have found few more photos buried deep in the depths of my hard drive. This time it's a land of dry stout, Dublin. I have been there only for a weekend and don't have many photos, but the ones I do were taken with a phone and the quality is not very good. Nevertheless I hope that I managed to capture an atmosphere of this place even a little bit




  


  
 

Ostatnio obie jestesmy troche zabiegane i brak nam czasu na voyage, a material tez sie po malu wyczerpuje, wiec robimy mala przerwe. Wracamy za dwa tygodnie, z nowym materialem i niespodzianka!
